Refund policy

We do not accept Cancellations, Returns or Refunds on made to order items.

We do offer exchanges on ready to ship items within 7 days of delivery. You must email us at TheLodgeCreations@gmail.com to start the exchange process. You are responsible for return shipping and will not be refunded for initial shipping of the item(s) being returned. They must be in the same condition they arrived in. You will be given a store credit once we receive the returned item and inspect it.

If you receive a custom order that has a mistake that is at my fault please reach out to me at TheLodgeCreations@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery so I can get that issue resolved as quickly as possible.
