RTS-Ready to ship items ship in 3-5 Business days

Customized Items ship in 7-14 Business days 

Shipping is done through USPS.  Once your item is in the hands of the USPS it is out of my control. It is your responsibility to track your item. 

Shipping during the Holidays does pose the possibility of delay as well as invaled tracking. It is very common for packages to not be scanned by usps  leavig the shipping "sitting" in a status for a prolonged period of time. I can not do anything about this. I can not look into this for you either.

You will receive an email from us with tracking info once your item ships. Please be sure to check your spam. It will also update on your digital invoice, so you can refer back to that as well.  If you don't see it or need it again please reach out to us @ Thelodgecreations@gmail.com and i will supply you with tracking asap.
